Your Merch Isn't a Design Problem. It's a Logistics Problem.
The shirt is the easy part. Counting it, storing it, and getting it to the right table on the right morning is the work.
Most new nonprofits get the design right. Someone on the team has taste, the logo lands, and the first order looks great on a mockup.
Then 600 units arrive on a residential porch, sorted by nothing, and the organization discovers it has bought itself a second job.
Counting is the whole game
Sizes do not sell evenly. Sites do not draw evenly. Without counts by location, every drive ends with three boxes of XXL and a waiting list for mediums.
Inventory that is tracked before the event is inventory you can reorder on time instead of apologizing for.
Storage is a real line item
Garages, church closets, and the back of a volunteer's car are free until something is damaged, missing, or two hours away from where it is needed.
We are not claiming merch logistics raises donations on its own. It removes the failure that quietly costs you volunteers.
